Comparison

BeeGoodHealth and Bearable

Bearable is the closest thing on the market to what we are trying to do — log anything, then see what actually correlates. Our research note records two things about it that matter the moment a sensor is involved: it is mobile-only, with no web app, and it has no CGM or Dexcom integration. Here is what that note found, and what it did not.

Facts checked July 2026. Everything in the Bearable column comes from one written research note of ours, and from nothing else. That note is a survey of published user reviews and press coverage — we have not tested Bearable ourselves. Where it recorded nothing, the row says so rather than guessing.

Side by side

Three of these rows are blank on the right. The note recorded how Bearable is priced, what it tracks and where it runs; it is silent on whether it carries advertising, whether you can hand someone a share link, or whether it produces a report for a clinician. We would rather leave those empty than guess in our own favour.

BeeGoodHealth on the left, Bearable on the right. Ours is every plan unless a cell says Premium.

Correlation reports are Premium

Bearable keeps a support page titled “My correlations are wrong / don’t make sense”

The same note also recorded that users report freezing, force-quits and lag during tracking. That is a reading of what users wrote in mid-2026, not a test we ran ourselves, and an app can be fixed. If any of it is out of date, tell us and we will correct this page.

Who should stay with Bearable

If what you are tracking is mood, symptoms, energy, sleep or cycles, stay with Bearable. It has somewhere to put all of those and we do not: BeeGoodHealth has nine kinds of entry — glucose, food, medication, exercise, hydration, weight, blood pressure, labs and notes — and not one of them is a symptom or a mood. Moving would cost you the thing you came for.

Stay too if you want a phone app and nothing else. Our note records Bearable as mobile-only with no web app, and BeeGoodHealth is the other way round: it opens in a browser on a laptop or a phone, which is the right shape for charts and reports and the wrong shape for someone who wants a home-screen icon and no browser at all.

We are narrower than Bearable on purpose — glucose and the things that move it, with the arithmetic behind every number published. If your question is wider than that, Bearable is the better tool for it.
